WAYS TO CONTACT JAN
The best way to reach Jan is through her blog, "Is this thing on?" She can be contacted directly there. Comment on any post (even if you are asking a question or making a comment that isn't related to the post) and she will receive a notice letting her know that a message is waiting. Just click on the word Comment at the bottom of any post. If you don't want to leave your email address on the blog, you can comment there anonymously. In most cases, comments on the blog will be answered more quickly than email.
